‘Generous employee discount that is competitive amongst other local retail companies. Also offer private shopping events for staff. ’
Free snacks, occasional free lunches, free fitness classes.
The co-pay isn't great and the access to benefits is difficult as HR is very slow and not knowledgeable.
Not great extended benefits. Decent fitness class perks.
- Basic benefits plan. $500 max across chiro, acupuncture, and massage. Separate $500 health spending account which you would need to apply towards any vision care needs. - 3 weeks paid vacation. - Personal employee discount off apparel is good, but unfortunately cannot be shared with family or spouse. - Learn shops/talks during lunch were good. - Fresh fruit offered and occasional juice delivery. Coffee machines.
the coverage for things like dental and health services are probably the minimal amount that has to be given. Nothing goes above what is required.
Benefits were standard, it was the best of the worst. Processing claims were very straight forward and HR staff were very good at answering any questions that came up.
Standard health and dental coverage. 2x Ride classes for HQ employees (per week) and a generous discount on clothes.
Very basic and minimal health insurance plan. No parental leave top up. Employee pays all insurance costs out of pocket. No paid bereavement leave.
The extended health coverage was not very good. Good employee discount for very expensive clothing
I negotiated vacation time at the time of hiring.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
