You can only take vacation after busy season. Note- Vaughan, Ontario office claims busy season extends 8 months out of the year. Vacation is 3 weeks, often enough can only be taken in the 4 months of the year that you have available. Expectation to work on vacation remotely if needed. Sabbaticals (extended paid time off) are not ever approved per HR. Only ever granted to retiree partners who do not have equity ownership.

Three weeks vacation. Ability to carry forward two weeks vacation to next fiscal year pending Partner approval. Opportunity to take an unpaid leave of absence for prolonged travel.
