Best benefit is the annual bonus
Great package of benefits including usage of private hotels and campsites, Usage of private Sailing Yachts, bonus scheme and many discounts. They also host days where the entirety of Alton Towers/Thorpe park/ Legoland is booked out and tickets are offered to partners for £12.
The best thing about the benefits is the variety and being able to choose the most relevant benefits for yourself. The worse part of the benefits would be that I have heard of other companies whos benefits are more up to date such as childcare vouchers.
Money off many leisure activities which you can claim half back, holiday locations across the country, subsidized events
There are a lot of people who have worked there 20+ years and are on the old salary bands, anyone newish will be on a different pay scale. Bit of a shame but not much they can do. Loads of benefits, but don't assume you'll get a bonus.
As a partner you can get a share of profits in the form of a bonus, even for part time, temporary workers
Great benefits including 25% or 12.5% (product depending) discount in John Lewis shops and online. Also 15% off in Waitrose. Other benefits include Partnership hotels, restaurant discounts, other partnership services discounts including car, home and travel insurance.
Plenty of benefits, 15% Waitrose 25% John Lewis. Subsidies for holidays at John Lewis own hotels which are a bargain.
Great retail employer with focus on both customers and staff
The discount is good especially when they are price matching, they have days out and a hotel you can apply to go to, but unless your face fits in with the leisure coordinator you don’t stand a chance, there’s also a yearly bonus where you get a percent of profit the company made, although the 5 years I was employed there it dropped and dropped to the point where I’m dubious it will continue.
