It encompasses the absolute minimum standards in Switzerland (which are not that high) but they dont go above and beyond to keep you happy. Canteen is expensive, parking is not free, beverage vending machines are prohibitively expensive. There is nothing that would stand out in any way compared to other companies in the area.
Discounts are no real discounts, ERC is a joke and has no power from leadership to make real changes for employees in terms of benefits. Open spaces are toxic and shared with different departments that don't have anything to do with each other. Need a doctor's note for a standing desk. DEI and sustainability practices are green washing and not impactful.
