    after 6 months employment you get a discount card with discount of 10% and at certain times through the year 15-20%?. No limit on spend .

    You do not see much benefit you are a part-time employee. You are allowed 6 weeks off throughout the year - the same as all other employees at this level - and if you have a good manager, they can be flexible with supporting you in outside work arrangements such as studying and childcare.
