Great standard package for all employees which includes an excellent non-contributory pension (in-line with other major banks), private healthcare, volunteering opportunities, good maternity and paternity leave options, 27 days annual leave Options include: adding family to health insurance plan, travel insurance, subsidised on-site gym membership, tuition fee assistance, season ticket loan etc. Only negative was that you could only make changes a maximum of twice a year although this wasn't possible for all benefit options. If you had a lifestyle change (marriage, kids etc.) there was some flexibility.
WFH is only available if you have an appointment or a Strong reason. I was led to believe this was as progressive as many other large organizations but sadly is not the case.
