    I think the vacation and paid time off is the biggest perk. It is worth noting that the company is flexible as long as the job is done.

    There is unlimited vacation time, with a minimum of 4 weeks.

    Well, technically, we ask people to take at least 3 weeks, not 4. Most people take 3, 4 or 5 weeks a year. The point is, we don't really monitor it aggressively -- we focus on what you achieve, not how many days you showed up at the office!
