One core principle at Influitive is the notion of continual development for every employee, so a percent of each person's salary is set aside for eduction & development, which they determine how to spend (in discussion with their direct manager). Most employees at Influitive have a "skill development plan", which helps guide this discussion. There are no major tuition reimbursement programs at Influitive yet, for things like MBAs or other significant degrees, the way some large companies or firms offer.
