‘Unlimited vacation or time off’
‘The company works hard to ensure the remote experience is excellent.’
Additional visa to cover expenses not covered by the group policy
Best thing was the medical benefits package. Influitive offered a fully employer paid benefits package that had 100% health, 80% dental, and gave you $600 - $1,000 (individual vs. family) in Health Spending Account funds to spend on the rest. This is in addition to having vision care provided for. Fantastic medical benefits! They also used to do catered lunches 3x a week (when we were in the office)
Influitive has awesome benefits that make you feel valued and ready to do your job - education budget, unlimited vacation, stock options, LOTS of food to name a few. The only con would be no RRSP matching!
Influitive uses Great West Life, there is a standard benefits package that covers 80% of all vision/dental/prescription costs and a secondary top-up card to cover the remaining balance so nothing comes out of pocket. Benefits cover massage, acupuncture, orthotics, glasses.. great coverage!
Best part - unlimited vacation. There's actually no judgement when you want to take time off.
Love the education budget, which is 3% of your base salary to take courses, buy books or go to conferences.
The best part is you get benefits from day one that includes a health spending account that can be used for whatever your main benefits don't cover.
The biggest perk was the "unlimited" vacation time. Everything was also great.
Solid benefits program including generous education budget, house cleaning, health and dental, stock options, performance bonus and more. The best perk though are the wonderful people here.
Vacation time, stock options, maid a few times a month
