industry standard 3 weeks with 1 Friday off a month
One Friday off each month
Fair amount of vacation time off and pay.
I am thankful for my benefits after being hurt on the job 20 years ago. I do pay extras outside my the scope of coverage and only wish I had full coverage
Great no paid time off apart from vacation
Excellent amount of vacation, definitely above average for new hires, graduates etc.
The company has a website to help you manage your benefits that just confuses the situation, ON TOP OF THE INSURANCE COMPANIES WEBSITE, it is just redundant.
starting off with 3 weeks off - more than the average of 2 weeks, and 5 floater days, as well as 1 Friday off per month.
the best thing is work and life balance, if you have kids they allow you to work only 4 days a week with 20% pay cut which is fair enough
It is a great package, however, there is a need to let the employers have a say in the plan. This is because the needs from one employer to the next are not the same and therefore a single plan for everyone is not the best.
