the benefits are very good- not just from the perspective of health insurance but the understanding that flexibility is sometimes needed to enable people to deal with non-work issues- family or personal emergencies etc
Great benefits of working at IMG, lots of perks offered, including an rsp matching program, paid time off, working from home, or any location closest to you, basic health and dental at 80% coverage which covers almost everything.
Nothing in particular, regular recruiting agency
The benefits provided to staff are truly unique. The basic health, vision and dental plans are provided but the more meaningful benefits are the retirement savings matching, the discounted gym memberships, the voluntary yoga classes at lunch, the flexible work arrangements, the list goes on. All of the above mentioned benefits were employee led initiatives which means that the best benefit is the ability to create your own benefits! I
They offer a standard benefits package
The company perks are great; working from home, volunteering at our local charity, vacation and sick time and of course can’t forget about all the delicious treats! The option to participate in the discount gym membership plan is a good bonus as well. Life/Disability plans are standard so is the drug/dental and vision care. Definitely more for improvement there, maybe having the option of different packages that has more coverage in particular areas for certain needs.
It does not exist. They only pay the 4% mandated by law
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
