‘I think Retirement plan at ICBC is one of the best out there. Pension plans becomes a mandatory after working for 2 years in the company.’
Defined benefits package is great but no raises or bonuses
Decent benefits package but would like to see more coverage for physiotherapy. There are also restrictions on therapists, which is unfortunate because I've found one I really like but she isn't covered so I'll have to pay out of pocket.
good variety of benefits for employees
Good benefits, only benefit to the corp
Very good benefits. Some are applicable, some are not. Certain benefits need more of a cap.
Being a BC crown corporation there are tons of benefits while working here, generous paid time off, flexible work location policies, staff are nice to work with.
Dental fully covered for cleaning and most of other dental procedures are 50 to 75 percent covered. Other extended benefits are average
Fairly decent as it does cover a lot of medical and dental procedures. Limits could be a bit higher though.
Provides maternity top up, earn paid vacation while on mat leave
Benefits package is like any other except for Dental. Dental benefits package at ICBC is by far the best one out there.
