Great - unlimited paid time off (based on manager's discretion)
You get a two weeks vacation after every one year of work. The vacation is paid for the people who work full time.
10 days only to start and had a difficult time gettting requests approved , no unpaid leave days available. One personal day for the year
only 2 weeks vacation, only increases a tiny bit as you continue to work with the company
Company provided me paid two weeks vacation and I wanted to extended my vacation with unpaid because I had to go back my country for personal reasons but company didn't approve my request.
Standard vacation allowance to begin 2 weeks, increases to 4 weeks after 10 years of service and then get ready to receive your severance package.
The minimum. Management might sometimes forget your on vacation and schedule you, however when they call you and you remind them they are usually courteous.
You're getting 10 days paid, 15 days after 5 years, if I am not mistaken and 20 after 10 years.
vacation starts at 2 weeks after one year - not good at all. paid time off was technically allowed, but ONLY upon immediate manager's approval, which they were never happy to provide.
retail is always hard to have a good vacation policy, there's a lot of coordinating to do, and requests are not always met with positive attitudes.
