the best thing is the range of suppliers on our Rewards Gateway portal; there are hundreds of shops, outlets and food chains that offer discounts. we can also recieve awards for going above and beyond, which rewards us with cash into our account which we can then spend on a large selection of suppliers. We also have a yearly Christmas ball which is huge and catered, we have summer festivals on site, Halloween festivals and a lot of ad-hoc engagement activity.
there are no perks at Homeserve, unless you count free coffee, the worst thing, they profess to be all about the training and coaching but they really want you out even if you work so hard you don't have a day off in 3 weeks
