Pension plan is great.
Massage/ chiro/ etc plan quite good. Though dental plan is very limited and drug coverage plan is now very restrictive after they moved to GWL.
Zero deductible for medical coverage

The DB pension and health care and dental insurance plans are wonderful. However, senior leadership, including the Board, show very little respect for staff when they approve raises of 1% with no mention of a cost of living adjustment. The 1% pay increase is less than inflation, so each staff member will have less purchasing power this year as opposed to last year. HQO is an example of what not to do when trying to retain staff. Senior leadership believes that all staff are intrinsically motivated (e.g. passionate about the work they do), which is the case for some but I posit that an equal number are extrinsically motivated (e.g. pay raises). The organization needs to do a better job in meeting the needs of these two groups or continue hemorrhaging staff.
The best thing is the defined benefit retirement plan..
