Commission structure and annual leave entitlement
I benefited more from Virgin Media's benefit package but as a Hays consultant was not able to access all of the benefits that Virgin Media offered their own employees
Benefits are competitive and hays have introduced many improvements over the last few years
Nothing is terrible about the benefits package, overall I would say it is pretty decent with plenty of options.

One of the best benefits is that you can buy more holidays, and the amount you can buy increases each year of working here.

Great variety of benefits-work nights out, events, friendly staff, that Hays refer the fact that employees are in charge of their career progression and earning money. This encourages great motivation.
there are a lot of benefits but most of them come at a cost to you so take away from your salary. yes the company does contribute but would be better if they offered better perks that didn't cost you.
The benefits package is flexible to suit your individual needs and requirements. You can buy or sell extra holiday, choose your pension contributions, get fantastic discounts on major brands and shops. A really competitive package.
