    3 weeks to start. 5 family related day. 9.75 hours of sick leave every month as long as you worked 10 days in that month. I've never seen anything better anywhere else.

    Generally it's union negotiated. 3 weeks vacation at when starting job. 4 weeks after 8 years service. 5 weeks at 18 years and 6 weeks 23 years.

    3 weeks to start... have to stay for 30 years to get to 6 weeks... get 4th week after 8 years for most employees.

    First 7 years, you get 3 weeks of vacation and at 8, you get 4, best thing about it. You get paid.
