    Free dental plan after 6 months. Also covers orthodontics. And covers 50 to 80% depending on the procedure. Pension is matched 100%.

    Benefits are good, but the insurance company is resistant to change, such as on-line submission of claims. There is no notification of error on the claim unless you dogged follow up with the insurer. For new / alternate medications, contact the insurer and submit request for coverage - usually accepted with support from physician/specialist.

    Uncertified sick leave is the best, they do cover a portion of prescriptions but that is not the most interesting part of the benefits. They also have an added life insurance
