Cycle to work scheme is good. Long Term incentives in terms of stock is good. No dental insurance unless very senior. Pension is ok.
Strong Pension, Very Good Shares buying scheme. All the usual big company perks such as cheap cinema tickets, and other discounts etc. VERY strong Maternity Pay / support. Pretty poor health insurance (compared to others I've had) requiring you to pay a fee prior to any surgery/use.
