Great benefits with Rrsp match and best health insurance policy.
Garmin Canada's benefits package is quite good: generous health insurance package, RRSP matching, employee stock purchasing plan, fitness membership benefits, educational assistance, etc. No bonuses though. 3 weeks vacation to start (which is greater than the min. provincial requirement) and flex days.
