After one year of service you get 4 weeks vacation and it goes up from there! They only provide 5 “sick days” but they’re flexible to be used for health and well-being. You have access to hotel, flight and tour discounts from company suppliers plus a company IATA card. Sales agents can make good money! No RRSP or pension which is a shame for long term employees. Also no profit sharing or performance pay for those outside of sales. Health benefits plan is mediocre but they do have an employee assistance plan as well. Rare to get reimbursement for professional development.
