Flexible and best in class. Better than benefits at Tier 1 CPG’s
100% coverage for most things, good coverage for health things such as RMTs. Easy to get reimbursed. RRSP matching.
Best is the flexible hours
Benefits and perks were recently cut and / or significantly reduced following mass layoffs in November 2019: *Extended health benefits *GoodLife gym membership *Weekly catered lunch *Winter retreat *Summer retreat *Budget for team building activities
good extended health coverage.
Insurance, Mat leave, RRSP matching, transportation, snacks, in house massage, chirp, physio...the list goes on. The best I have experienced anywhere in my career
Good benefits package to keep sales people motivated.
Great health and dental, inhouse chiro/physio/RMT/life coach. Flex hours and WFH, transportation credits/valet parking and all the La Croix you can handle
In-house chiro/physio/rmt had made it so I actually use these services. Flexible WFH and vacation are nice, and good RRSP matching program
Great Benefits Unlimited Vacation - Base is 3wks. If you earn it, you get more, and it's true. This may differ by function though. Physio, Chiro, Life Coach, Massage Therapist all on site! Yoga & Fitness classes in office. GoodLife Membership Friday Family Lunches Snacks, Drinks, Cereal, Coffee Opportunity - for all companies - more for mental health (500 is not sufficient), but the life coach service is helpful - she is always booked solid though.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
