Great benefits including fresh fruit, drinks etc. Offices are fantastic
Generous pension, service based absence, perks, health insurance and medical
The best thing about the benefits package here is it covers most things well. The worst I suppose is regional variations. Some regions have better benefits than others, but I guess that's normal.
Best - things are always evolving so the benefits packages are constantly being improved
It seems pretty generous compared to previous places I've worked.
Private health insurance always available, home base available if you live far from the office, 25 days holiday which can increase depending on years of service, 8% pension contribution (if you contribute at least 3%), discounts available for things like holidays, shopping, theatre etc, death in service benefit, income protection benefit
Good levels of sick pay for a private company, good pension contributions.
