Benefits package themselves is flexible as you get to choose the levels of coverage you'd like for different areas such as dental and medical. This allows for a "Health Spending Account" which you can spend on other things but there is not much of a range on what you can use it for other than to make up for any differences in what was covered and what you actually had to pay.
