very good benefits for hospitality work
Best is that they contribute dollar for dollar to RSP and worst is no bonus structure for management, at least when I was there.
Good management and good employment status
pension, vacation, work and life balance
Nice place, environment, good salary, awesome people, paid vacation, clean, cozy, good location, nice facility, sick leave, health insurance, opportunity to grow
great benefits and perks for working at the company
12 paid days off per year, plus two weeks paid vacation per year (going up 1 week every 5 years), 100% of Physio covered but only $500 combined across Chiro/RMT/Acupuncture per year. 4 percent pension matching. If your manager likes you, you can get schooling/training paid for. Half off gym membership. Almost complete dental and vision coverage. Amazing discount when staying at other Fairmont properties in North America (75% off room rate and 50% off food and alcohol).
Great benefits for travelling and discounts with other companies. Benefits do not compensate for the lack of work life balance.
