good benefits at my former employer
The are a wide variety of quality benefits but, since they are good quality they are too expensive to interest me. E.g. super expensive gym membership rather than a discount at a cheaper chain
Good holiday (27 days above Manager), OK car allowance and private healthcare. Good selection of other benefits and discounts. Salary increases are not brilliant, not keeping pace with inflation and bonuses are very very low, even in a big 4 environment.
All perks were at salary sacrifice at entry level
working in for 5 years and above have the private health insurance
no benefits really aside from the ones you would expect
There are lots of benefits, like gym, private health, but you have to pay for them unless you are manager and above. Then you lot more included within your package for free.
There are lots of various benefits you can choose such as buying/ selling vacation days. They talk about Flexy working, but have never really seen that in action, and don't see how that's possible in busy season. Also no bonus
The salary is terribly low for the hours you work
Good thing is you can work from home basically how often you like & a lot of colleagues used to take advantage of this & watch homes under the hammer all the time & just answer a few emails.
