Comprehensive, generous, fairly easy to navigate
When work periods are slow then you're forced to take leave. Drastically affects when and how you want to take leave. Pto is fairly standard 3weeks which includes your 5days sick leave.
There are three tiers of benefits that you can contribute to that covers all the basics. What varies is the deductible and the percentage of coverage.
Good coverage. Basic but everything is covered.
There are 5 personal days off for sickness and dealing with family matters, no questions ask. Just book in advance and take the time off. Management speak of giving bonus to project team members, but never actually deliver. Only upper managers got some cash.
You can actually have a negative bonus !!!
Worst: They do not have a pension plan
