You will get good vacation with enmax, w]you can also bank your vacation time and use them at a later year. Flexbile Vacation time

The vacation booking system, even for new people was more than fair. I would note however though, that while I was hired for "part time" they had me working full time all year. When I took my vacation they only paid me as though I was a part timer. Still though a month off in my first year was great.
