Hi everyone, I have been working as a Mainframe developer for 8 years. I reside in Canada and work for TCS. I recently returned from maternity leave and joined back a few weeks ago, but I still haven't been assigned to a project. Can someone please tell me how long TCS typically keeps people on the bench

Hi All, I am a software test engineer with 2 career gaps of 2-3 years since 10 years including maternity, extended family leave , visa issue. Should I include that in the resume and LinkedIn ? Having GC recently and having gaps , recruiters think I am faking my profile. but I want to be honest by not adding some random or fake positions to fill my gap. And also is there a way the company can raise red flag for the future employers if for some reason they don’t like the employee or their work?

Is your employer a leader or a follower when it comes to matters like benefits and compensation? My observation is that many like to say that they’re a leader, but then wait to see what everyone else does first. For example, when the pandemic started and companies began announcing WFH, mine seemed to drag their feet while others announced it immediately - which was disappointing.
