New head of HR does an amazing job. Benefits were significantly improved within the last year.
i don't think they were useful once, if i ever used them. Nothing a technology company should be offering its employees. But they don't care about the wellness of their cattle.
the most benefit that we used is the access to gym!
Best: Aside from holiday seasons you could ask for a day or two off in advance (unpaid - unless you used your vacation time) Worst: You couldn't save your vacation time up throughout the year and request the payment be added to your cheque in lieu of taking time off. They force you to take days off once your vacation pay has accumulated to a certain amount (between 700 - 1200$)
