Very comprehensive and flexible benefits scheme. Good coverage for families, across Medical and dental. Pensions changes recently more in line with market and favourable for under 30s. Can flex up and down for critical illness, pension, salary sacrifice, Life Insurance, partner cover etc. Some benefits are annual elections, others are anytime, such as Shopping Voucher discounts etc. Overall never had cause to complain. Pension is obviously DC.
