No perks or benefits whatsoever. Normally Costa employees are able to get discounts in other Costas and other companies owned by Whitbread such as Premier Inn but as our Costa was owned by a franchise we were not allowed to enjoy these benefits. Employees from other Costas and Whitbread owned companies could get discount in our store but the same benefits did not extend to us. We were not even allowed to make ourselves drinks while working. While other Costa employees enjoy free drinks whenever they want, we had to either pay for ours or do it in secret when a manager wasn't looking. Time off is the standard 28 days holiday, however booking time off was always a pain as management would often cast you to the side as they were "too busy" to deal with it.
Free coffee/drinks on shift, 50% discount on other products
