Great West Life is super strict about adding dependents/spouses and make you jump through hoops to do it. Dental coverage is less than my old retail job (80% basic, 50% major, no Ortho vs. 100% basic, 80% major, 50% Ortho at the retail gig). Why on earth do we have extensive travel coverage, when majority of the staff doesn't travel (and even then, 90% is in Canada)?
