4 Day week, tiki bucks (bonus scheme) and great incentives. What more could I ask for? This company is worth the hype.

I love that Coconut has an 80% service reimbursement on things like massage and chiropractics (with a max spend per year). They also offer an additional 7 days of paid holidays (your birthday, one day per quarter, and a few days over the winter holidays).

Technical Account Manager

Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?

Great West Life is super strict about adding dependents/spouses and make you jump through hoops to do it. Dental coverage is less than my old retail job (80% basic, 50% major, no Ortho vs. 100% basic, 80% major, 50% Ortho at the retail gig). Why on earth do we have extensive travel coverage, when majority of the staff doesn't travel (and even then, 90% is in Canada)?
