The company no longer offer merit increases to employees who are deemed over the market salary median. New employees are practically guaranteed not to quality for increases as Coca-Cola pays below market.
Best things would be working for Coca-Cola. This will be the best thing in your resume. Also access to samples drinks. Benefits are also decent. Worst thing is the management. They just dont care.

Benefits are a flex form of benefits. Lots of different options and there is no need to spend money where you don’t have too. Also can buy a week of vacation!
Flexible time-off. Pretty decent work-life balance and vacation pay every cheque if your not on salary. Full time hours never meant benefits as you were considered part-time status.
Ability to purchase additional vacation time was a big plus.
Benefit package at Coca-Cola is very good and allows you to customize for your own needs .
