Good benefits that cover a large percentage of all areas, from prescriptions to glasses. Also RRSP funding for full time employess after working for 12 months.
Dental and vision are ok. Change providers every few years.

There is a Great Benefits package, general amount of 2 weeks paid vacation and 3 sick days for those who are salary.
Corporate lunches. Benefits are not the greatest, if you are on contract, time off is impossible. You have to work some holidays, long hours.
