Vacation time is flexible with the ability to purchase more than the standard 25 days per year up to 30 days per year. Flexa scheme provides an additional 3% of salary on top to spend on this extra holiday and retail vouchers, health / dental schemes. Share save scheme can operate over 3 or 5 years at the employees choosing which offers 20% discount of the prevailing share price.
