Profit Sharing Plan is really well set up and executed to allow for many staff to take advantage of it. Can be cashed or RRSP.
Great benefits package, get to choose across 3 levels of coverage--CT provides a budget based on salary, employee covers anything outstanding. If your plan is less than what the budget, you're given the option to use the balance towards your RRSP/TFSA, vacation days, health spending, or taxable cash
It's very comprehensive and gives a lot of options for someone just starting out. They base salary isn't amazing but the benefits do carry some weight.
I did not receive profit sharing when I worked for the company because of the date I started working; however, I have heard great things about the package that Canadian Tire offers.
I can't say, I just knew that I was entitled to days off and on holidays I earned more per hour.
They will pay 80% and I had to pay 20% of the package.
Good benefits package, general coverage
Health care spending account is available to all employees on most plans. Base plan is good too.
there was nothing like that. I was part time so i had no type of benefits whatsoever h

List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
