Good dental and health benefits. They cover nearly everything. Pension is available to enrol in after 2 months. There is life insurance that you can increase when you first start working.

Manulife- great coverage for dental, prescription drugs and alternative health care. Direct billing at most places, easy to submit online claims for reimbursement.

The best thing is the Medical/Dental insurance and the extended coverage could have a more reasonable fee.

Canadian Blood Sevices has a very good benefits package.

Great thing about the benefits package is that the employer pays 100% of the Extended Healthcare plan premiums. The worst thing about it that the paramedical annual coverage amounts could be higher.
