“no such thing...they tell you there is but whenever you need a day off you are told you must make it up or you will be fired.”
Extended medical insurance, MSP paid by the company, up to a 3 zone transit pass and kitchen with breakfast, lunch and snacks.
health and dental full coverage, snacks and breakfast and lunch a lot more to eat are available.
After your six month probation, we receive our benefits card and are given a small sheet with information about our benefits. We receive full MSP & 100% Premium Benefits. I've only been working at Canada Drives for just less than a year and a half, and have only used the RMT benefit. Sitting at a desk for almost 8 hours during the day is definitely strenuous on your body, so it's great to have benefits to get an RMT massage. As for vacation time/time off, I've personally been able to travel quite a bit and not receive any negativity when asking for it. Canada Drives is extremely understandable when it comes to personal days as well. I've only experienced good things thus far.
They have free breakfast and lunch everyday. Decent coverage all around for massage, glasses and what not. They will also pay for your transit in full if you commute.
Extended health insurance, got my teeth did at a v low price ! They also offer full compensation for massages. And they reimburse your transit fully after 3 months!
everything is very nice , nothing to compalin
It's all offered at the beginning of your career and won't fluctuate.
Covers a lot of things I use
Best thing is you get your regular benefits as well as reimbursement for your transit.
2 weeks vacation is low for industry standards. They are not lenient about vacation dates so it's hard to request time off.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
