    Even with the premium, the benefits are still not that great. Out-of-pocket expenses are much more compared to a different bank that I used to work for before ($12 for dispensing fees vs. $0 for previous employer). The maximum dollar amounts for chiropractic care, etc. should be raised as everything seems to go under that umbrella so it gets used up pretty quickly even before the year is up.
