    Able to get 3 weeks of vacation after 2nd or 3rd year of employment

    15 days first year then extra day each year after. Tops out at 25 days, Not other paid time off and it is very frowned upon to take a sick days. They are closely watched and asked about my management. Career stoppers if you consistently use all 5 allotted days a year.

    The time you can go on vacation depends on when your supervisor sees it possible. I know people who didn't go on vacation for 6 months and delayed every vacation they had booked because work was "hectic".
