Good benefits covers most the stuff you need
Best thing is that prescription medicine is 100% covered. The worst thing is that there is limited coverage for eye care
It's not bad but it's not the best. Good medical and dental. RRSP contribution option and matching. No maternity. Definitely better than two other companies I've worked with but certainly not above average.
Awesome benefit plan- 100% coverage, $750 in massage, all you could need for dental! 5% RRSP matching and lots of discounts
Not a bad package - RRSP and DPSP (eligibility after 2 years, vests after 2 years). Standard health and dental. Terrible Mat leave package. Vacation time is so- so. Heard it's changing to unlimited vacation (with oversight of course). Workout Rebate $200/year, and on-site cafe which is neat (subsidized) - so-so food but good to keep you onsite.
Limited amount of vacation time given to new hires
Every year, we get 700 dollar worth of massages each year! Company matches RRSP's after 2 years up to 5% of your salary
Best - Health, Dental, RRSP
standard package. all you need really.
RRSP matching is great! 5%
