Msp is mostly if not entirely covered which is a plus, strong dental and medical with good extra benefits like physio and massage.
Great vision coverage, okay dental coverage.
They cover 50% of the MSP & the extended health benefits cost around $30. The benefits reimburse you 80% of what you paid at the massage, dentist, etc for most of the part with a limit up to a certain amount on a certain number of years.
best - flexible time worst - vacations are one % of the salary, its not clear , feels like if you take vacations you wont get paid for those days that you take off. Technically , if you don't take vacations in the year that means "you earn more money that you are suppose to".
They have a benefits package which you need to pay into out of your pay cheque... Not worth it imo
4% vacation pay, half of MSP is covered, crappy dental and vision benefits, the lady who manages payroll and medical benefits is completely incompetent.
last year we had a better dental plan. this year is not very good, deductions are more for less services, hope we get the old one next year.
Basic benefits package is available
There really isn't much in the way of benefits. The supplemental insurance doesn't cover much, costs more than I prefer to spend and requires multiple followups to get coverage most of the time. Basically not great.
2 weeks vacation and standard health benefits option for 30 dlls a month. It includes 400 dlls a year for massage therapist, one dental cleaning and 200dlls for glasses.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
