The best benefits package I have ever had. Great health insurance company options and costs.

Full very good benefits package. Offer more than I select to have.

Healthcare benefits were great. Benefits included vision, health, dental, pets, and others. The only thing that was inconvenient was only having one opportunity a year to make changes to healthcare benefits.

BPC Plasma offers a very comprehensive and affordable benefits package. That includes way more than the standard medical, dental, and vision.

Health insurance is fairly cheap and covers a lot. I chose the enhanced package which takes $50 from each of my bi-weekly pay checks. ( only covering myself) This package gives me an in network deductible of $500 and an in network maximum out of pocket for the year of $1500. Again this is coverage for only myself but seams very reasonable compared to what other companies offer. I also take advantage of there health saving fund which allows you to put a set amount of money aside each year for medical expenses tax free. They offer 401K with 4% matched rates, and very cheap dental and vision plans as well. Perhaps best of all if you stay with the company full time you get more payed vacation days each year you stay with the company.

All full-time employees are awarded 2 weeks of PTO upon hire. The employer matches 401k and competitive health benefits are available. They also offer decent life insurance. The center is open all but 3 days during the year, so holiday pay is awarded to each full-time employee and they are off every other working holiday.

The Paid Time Off is good at all years of service levels, but if not used annually, it's forfeited rather than paid out.

Good health insurance. Generous time off but no time to always use it or have to work on days off. Lose unused time at the end of the year

Overall great benefits of package offered

401k will match pay when full time up to 4% of pay check and multiple insurance packages available and re-offered every year. 401k available anytime on paycom portal to add, change, or remove.
