‘Life insurance is pretty good not bad’
Plenty of flex credits that can be used to choose health package, buy vacation days etc
great benefits package at bp
Great benefits, and health and fitness plans. Incentives and contests to get up and moving. Year end bonuses and compensation can be uncertain.
One of the best things is the ability to buy more time off

I am 5 months pregnant and a supervisor it was stressful not pregnant to be pregnant and can't sleep well because of work and having high blood pressure is not safe for myself or my baby. 3rd pregnancy and I have never had high BP. Due to the stress of every day M-F staff coming to you can you help me fix my time, I need PTO this, I forgot to clock out that etc. Schedules weekly, finding coverage, on call enough I'm exhausted 😩.
Interviewing for a strategy director-type role at BP (US role). What is the comp like? What about at VP, EVP and SVP levels? Have a good thing going on where I’m at (Big4) and trying to see if the runway to higher comp is better there or sticking it out on the Partner track.
Great benefits, dental and medical as well as prescriptions
