‘Contractor will be benefit with corporate discount plan. ’
Very comprehensive benefits package with options to fit everyone's lifestyle. This in turn make it a little confusing to pick which one is best for you.
It's great. Great value for an internship perspective of view. It's definitely one of the best paying companies in Toronto
Benefits package is highly customizable - you can select maximum benefits (you have to pay for coverage in excess of the portion the company contributes) or none if you have coverage elsewhere.
have spousal contribution plan where you can co-ordinate with spouse
- Several partnerships with local business that provide employee discounts - Employee share plan - BMO matches up to certain percentage of your contributions - Flexible health plans - 3 weeks paid vacation
It is a relatively comprehensive benefits package that covers all the essentials with plenty of additional perks!
Contractor without any vacation pay, no benefits, no packages.
year end bonus is amazing. The unpredictability in hours is tough and often long hours, i felt like i aged 3 years while only working for a little longer than a year.
Limited coverage for health plan
All benefits offered minimized cost to employer. Compared to competing employers (ex. Scotia), BMO certainly offers extremely minimal coverage or lacks coverage all together. RMT (registered massage therapist) is only covered for what is considered 'reasonable' and I believe that even the Sutherland and Chan at just under $90/hr cannot be fully claimed.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
