‘15 days a year, only 5 days to carry over for next year, no pay off vacation option’
‘Above average health benefit package’
Above average health benefit package
Decent paid leave. 3 weeks to start and 4 weeks in 5 years
Competitive to other tech companies.
The benefits package is robust, including things like RRSP matching, extended health benefits, a Health Spending Account, a Wellness Spending Account, an employee stock purchase plan and more.
- only 5 sick days - extended health care is fairly limited, 80% drugs reimbursement, limited dental, vision every 2 years, counselling (if not done by psychologist) is not covered, etc. - ESPP is available (at 15% discount)
It was simply standard stuff and nothing really impressive.
not training, but there is stock
The best thing is the medical / dental benefits, which includes a discretionary amount that can be used for a variety of services which are not typically covered by health insurances.
Good package overall. Great location.
the company provides the good extended medical insurance, and also has RRSP contribution.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
