ACU's benefit plan offers a wide variety - it covers all my family and I's needs. I like having a health spending account that I can use towards deductibles, health insurance premiums or gym memberships payment. What I love about it is the health spending account is based on a % of my salary so as my salary increases over the years, my health spending account will increase as well. ACU also offers banking benefits. Employee bank account with no account fees, discount lending rate and bonus interest rate on investment. I didn't realize how big of an impact it has until I saw the difference in employee interest rate on personal loans.
I love the flexibility that I enjoy work and the option for hybrid work. Vacation entitlement is great too

Time off is flexible. ACU allow me to leave work 30 days or less due to family emergency or resign first then return to work if I need to leave my job more than 30 days.
