  • Maternity & Paternity Leave(17 comments)

Very good mat/pat leave. Work is very supportive of taking time and even a slower transition back to work. I also found that they were really flexible for time off for doctors appointments or if you have sick kids.

  • Vacation & Paid Time Off(15 comments)

Very generous vacation and time off. Sometimes it’s hard to get the exact vacation days you want, but overall very good.

  • Extended Health Care(15 comments)

You have the option of extended care. I took it, which cost a bit more, but we more than used it. Definitely recommend.

The benefit package offered to full time staff is exemplary but could use some enhancement in the areas of dental and vision care.

HSAA employees have great benefits! Despite being on the lower side of wages versus being employed in a private practice, the benefits outweigh it!

The Wellness Spending Account makes a huge difference despite the lower wage compared to working in private practice

4 weeks vacation after just one year of working. Good health benefits, but no vision coverage.

Good all around flex benefit adds to the total compensation package. Employer matches pension plan at 11%. Vacation and personal days are reasonably numbered. Benefit has remained unchanged along with pay freeze for the last several years.

Company offers many benefits perks, albeit at the expense of your bottom line. This company does not offer wage increase or cost of living adjustments to those who are out of scope but increase the cost of benefits each year.
