The benefits cover a lot
The company offers a great benefits package.
No Specific feedback as the benefits plan is suited for me. But people may find it unsuitable.
It's great, we get paid. I can not complain
Offer a la carte benefits options to suit you and your family.
Benefits were ok. You get to pick and choose what you need and if there are leftover credits then you can put that towards your RRSP contributions. No Issues with the benefit provider that I know of. The company does not contribute to an RRSP but after you are employed for 2 years you can buy company shares that seem to do ok.
Flexible benefits you can pick you choice of plan and worst things are somethings are not claimable on personable benefits.
Good health and wellness plan
There is No pension plan available
The benefits are very comprehensive. They also pay a cell phone allowance, as well as a monthly percentage of my public transit costs and yearly percentage of any health and wellness program I am a part of.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
